Reiki is a form of hands on healing that helps to create ease and space within the body and the chakras. One hour of reiki is equivalent to three to four hours of deep sleep.

Sessions range from 60-90 mins and can be done in person (Los Angeles only unless otherwise discussed) or virtually.
